Hawaii Parkour

The home of Hawaii Parkour and all students of movement.

About

Hawaii Parkour is a community based around educating and re-exploring our bodies’ physical and mental capacity for movement. As children most of us loved climbing and exploring, jumping and rolling.  Parkour, whatever it ends up being to you, should be first and foremost a betterment of yourself for yourself. We promote the training philosophies of parkour as tools to help cultivate strength, mobility, confidence and creativity in our students.

We have been educating and moving on O’ahu since 2007. Our classes are designed for students to progress through movements safely and confidently, regardless of experience level, age, gender or race. We believe that the playful spirit inherent in physical movement and interacting with our everyday surroundings can be kept alive and serve us as we age through our lives.

We as a community try to give back to the ‘aina as best we can by promoting the ‘Leave No Trace’ initiative and holding monthly community jams to clean up and leave our training spots a little better than we found it.

Aloha Zach, we apologize for missing your comment. We currently have a boot camp of classes happening twice a week at Ala Moana Beach Park. (530pm on Wednesdays and Sundays). You can find our page on Facebook (Hawaii Parkour) where we post about public jams and other training events. You can email us directly (hawaiiparkour@gmail.com) with any other questions.
      Thanks again for your comment!
