We had a big turnout at our annual Halloween Jam at Paki Park in Waikiki! Hawaii Parkour and Set in Motion provided equipment, challenges, candy and refreshments, and we raised a bit of money for several Maui charity organizations.
Hawaii Parkour is happy to share we sent $50 each to animal charities on Maui, while Set in Motion gathered support for Healthy Mothers Healthy Babies Coalition of Hawaii (Coach Roland and his partner Kellie just welcomed their son to the world last month!).
We played tag games, time trial challenges, and practiced our balance and tree climbing skills. We hope to continue in this tradition every year, welcoming movers new and old and taking the opportunity to raise awareness about issues we are passionate about.
