Hawaii Parkour is very excited to announce the launch of our Kūpuna PK program, called Fitness and Falls: Modified Parkour For 50+.
The program is designed to encourage mobility, strength and balance building, as well as practice falling prevention and recovery. Through challenges, movement games and obstacle interaction, participants will gain confidence in getting down to and up from the ground level. Brain health is also an integral part of the program, incorporating mind-body connection and proprioception practice.
Hawaii Parkour is currently reaching out to community centers to hopefully bring this program or a demonstration to the public. We can also offer private sessions for those that want to give parkour a go outside!
