Keiki Classes are 1 hour long, include warm-up and cool-down, and most often have a technique segment, a workout segment, and a game. Adults classes are 70 mins and included an extended cool down. Only requirements are a water bottle and comfortable clothing. Shoes are optional for some classes, as we sometimes train our bare foot proprioception.

Group class rates are $25 per student. We offer one-on-one private lessons at 60$ for 1 hour. Gift Certificates and Class Bundle Discounts are available.

We accept Cash or Venmo payment methods.

We hold classes on O’ahu, but will occasionally be available for weekend Seminars on other Islands. If you or a group would like to organize a seminar in your community, please email us at hawaiiparkour@gmail.com

Discounted bulk class rates and donation-based rates can always be negotiated. We also accept service trades so if you have a skill, contact us to work out a trade.

~After School Programs: We currently offer an Afterschool Enrichment Program with Kaʻelepulu Elementary on Wednesdays. If you are a parent or school official who thinks a parkour program may benefit your school, please email us!

~Advanced Adults and Seniors (50+): Our Kūpuna PK: Modified Parkour for Fitness and Falls program is designed to encourage mobility, strength and balance building, as well as practice falling prevention and recovery. Through challenges, movement games and obstacle interaction, participants will gain confidence in getting down to and up from ground level. Brain health is also an integral part of the program, incorporating mind-body connection and proprioception practice.

~ Family Parkour: Through guided play, foundational parkour skills, and everyday movement exploration, parents and kids move together. Parents are introduced to basic spotting techniques, supportive language, and awareness skills to help them safely guide and encourage their children during movement – both in class and daily life. Classes take place in parks, on playgrounds, and around natural obstacles, to encourage play, curiosity, and connection to our environments.

~Special Events, Parties: Hawaii Parkour can bring equipment to your gathering, provide movement demos, group instruction, or just a pop-up playground!

~Free Community Jams/Cleanups: We strive to host monthly movement jams and Cleanup Jams that are free to the public, allowing for opportunities to learn about parkour and try out some moves. We often lead a game segment, but mostly everyone is encouraged to practice and find movement challenges together. Bringing back our Leave No Trace Jams ties us back to our foundations as a parkour community in the islands.

Let’s connect and get moving!
