Hawaii Parkour is an educational fitness organization, dedicated to sharing the healthy movement and risk-assement strategies that Parkour training can provide.
So on many an occasion we have heard the saying “Être fort pour être utile” or “Being strong to be useful”. This comes in many forms and as a parkour community we have this responsibility to help those who may not have the means to help themselves. Hawaii Parkour is trying to do its part to help those in the Philippines who are having difficulty getting back to that state of comfortable living in addition to educating new and returning individuals in our area about different forms of moving in your environment and creating an awareness of yourself and your environment. So please come and join us on Saturday December 14th at Kaka’ako Waterfront Park to help raise so funds for the Philippines Hurricane Relief. Here is our schedule for the event.
