So as most of you may know every year we do a physical challenge around April. The first two times it was simply a crawl of Ala Moana Beach in the sand, no elbows no knees and try not to stop moving. Last year we decided to kick it up a notch and do a run swim and crawl of the beach. 3 miles. Epic. Every one finished in under 2 hrs. This year we want to keep with the 3 miles but change two parts. Firstly this is a partner event so you will want to have someone around your same weight with you. “We start together!” We will be carrying a partner half the distance of the beach and then switching. Once you reach the end of the beach both of you enter the water and swim back to the start. You will be tired. Watch after one another. Support one another. Once you get back to the beach after your swim you will crawl the length of the beach together. Push one another. Motivate each other. The end is when we reach the fence at the end of the beach. “We finish together!”
