Hawaii Parkour is an educational fitness organization, dedicated to sharing the healthy movement and risk-assement strategies that Parkour training can provide.
Starting the 7th of September, the community will be meeting in downtown at Kamalii park on the corner of Pali Hwy and Beretanina St on every Sunday of the month. We will be leading a Leave No Trace cleanup of the park followed by guided and free movement. This event is open to everyone regardless of skill level and is focused on reaching out to people outside of the parkour community who would like to get a better appreciation for it.
We will be meeting Sunday the 7th,14th,21st and 28th from 3-6pm and will be providing sanitary gloves and trash bags for the clean up.
What you need to bring/wear: Comfortable clothes and shoes, water, a snack, a friend and an excitement to play.
Can’t wait to see you all there! If you have any questions on the meet up location, times, or anything else please contact Alana Reis or Richard Skowronski at 808-282-5530 or at hawaiiparkour@gmail.com
