Hawaii Parkour

Kailua Classes – Wednesdays 4:45pm at Kalaheo Neighborhood Park

Town Classes – Sundays 5pm at Kanewai Community Park

Ages 6 and up. Kids classes are mixed ages but each student is provided with progressions that match their individual level.

Adults classes at 6pm on alternating Sundays at Kanewai Park, register in advance by emailing hawaiiparkour@gmail.com

Adults classes focus on functional movement, social games and stress relief techniques.

Group Class rates are $20 per student, $30 for private one-on-one sessions. We take cash, venmo or paypal. Hope to see you out there!
