parkour-9

Beginning Jan 2024

Kailua – Wednesdays

Town – Sundays

Please email us or direct message on Instagram to inquire about classes!

Classes are 1 hour long, include warm-up and cool-down, and most often have a technique segment, a conditioning segment, and a game. Only requirements are a water bottle and comfortable clothing. Shoes are optional for some classes, as we sometimes train our bare foot proprioception.

Group class rates are $20 per student. We offer one-on-one private lessons at 35$ for 1.5 hours. Contact us for availability, locations can be set to our student’s convenience, or personal home.

We accept Cash, Venmo, or Paypal payment methods.

We hold classes on O’ahu, but will occasionally be available for weekend Seminars on other Islands. If you or a group would like to organize a seminar in your community, please email us at hawaiiparkour@gmail.com

Discounted bulk class rates and donation-based rates can always be negotiated. We also accept service trades so if you have a skill, contact us to work out a trade.

  1. Hello, I’m interested in private lessons or classes for keiki. My daughter is about to turn 6 and has lots of energy. I’m trying to find a positive outlet for her and I think she would like to try parkour. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    1. Aloha Jennifer, e kala mai sorry for the delayed response! The notification got buried in our inbox. We may have a group class starting up with kids in her age group, or we can also do private lessons. Please send us an email at hawaiiparkour@gmail.com or DM us on instagram ( @hawaiiparkour ) , and we’ll figure out a schedule 🙂

Did your daughter ever get classes? My son is 4 and also high energy, and he loves to climb. This may be perfect, but I am interested in your review

  2. Hi. We live by Ala Moana beach. My daughter is 5 year old. Do you have any parkour classes for that age group? I could not find information on fees, frequency of class etc? Is the class weekly? Do we need to enroll or just show up?

All detailed information will be much appreciated.

    Thanks

    1. Aloha thanks for reaching out. I currently run classes in Kailua on mondays and Makiki district park in town on thursdays, but the ages are a little older, starting at 7. I can recommend another Parkour teacher, Roland (Set In Motion, LLC) who does teach a younger class, around 6, at Ala Moana beach park. Sometimes he lets in younger students. His website is setinmotion.xyz and he has an easy to fill class submission form. When your daughter is littler older she is of course welcome to join our 4pm class in Kailua on Mondays as well. Take care, e malama pono.
